Really tasty and quality, good food for sure. The only reason I gave 4s as the prices and the portions are quite on the steep side. I do eat healthy and in moderation usually but the portions here are way too moderate. And cause of the portion sizes you need at least 2 or 3 portion to have a dinner. For lunch 3-5 at least. But otherwise the food is excellent and if you like tasting new things it is most certainly recommended. Just plan ahead and have something before if you need a filling meal or have the cash at least £50 per person. The place itself is nicely decorated and the staff is nice. Though when the pace is packed it is hard to understand what they are saying as the noise is substantial.
This was my second visit and quite simply amazing....every dish beautiful and stunning favours. A very warm and family welcome by staff so thank you for your hard work in our experience and happily return as often as possible.
We drove all the way from Welwyn Garden City to dine here and were not disappointed. Tasty food and amazing service. Highly recommend.
Delightful taverna in Berko. Staff were attentive a.d the food was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff also are knowledgeable about the food and will answer questions. Worth the ambiance and experience. We had 5 small dishes: roasted aubergine, octopus hot, brocolli and dill balls, Greek salad, spanokopita. Baklava and cheesecake dessert with 2 coffees. 2 small glasses of wine and a bottle of sparkling water. £74 not inc. service
What a lovely find! Cousy atmosphere, Wonderful greek mezze-style food. We had 6 different dishes for our lunch and not a single one disappointed! Spanakopita, octopus, souvlaki - all were freshly cooked and very tasty. Nice dessert menu and a great coffee too. Highly recommend.

Found this restaurant by accident and thought to take a chance as we were not sure what we wanted. A really nice surprise. Good service friendly atmosphere and Very good food . We had a meze type meal very enjoyable. I would recommend this restaurant it is a Greek style and thoroughly enjoyed our visit !!! Parking: The parking was in a standard car park about 10 mins away 2 hours max and there is a larger carpark long stay available too about the same distance away
The most delicious meal I've had for a really long time. Booked this last minute slightly on a whim because not our usual cuisine. The chicken souvlakia was absolutely unreal. The chicken was thick, incredibly moist and the flavour was absolutely delicious. We had a mese mix of smaller plates, about 5 or 6 and that was perfect for 2 people. The pita breads were warm and the dips were so tasty. We also had chicken wings which had so much flavour and crispy just in the right places. The pudding was a malt chocolate slice and again, delicious. This was slightly on the pricier side, but for me, absolutely worth it. Whilst the dishes were very simple, the attention to detail and the amount of flavour was so fleshing.The interior was full of love and attention, with pretty plants and artifical vines on the beams. The host was very friendly and the overall experience was just so nice. Highly recommend.
Took my sister for lunch at the olive tree for her birthday. Warm welcoming place. With very happy staff nothing is an issue. Lunch menu was great with lots of choice and good portion size. We were too full for desert. Definitely recommend x
You have to eat here. Best meal I've ever had!!! The food and hospitality were both 10/10. Visiting from London and decided to try it out and so glad we did. The meze menu is stunning. The octopus is spectacular, and other notable mentions to the croquettes, calamari and the filo pastry feta was delicous. Definitely going back!!!
