Haven’t been for over a decade. Nice looking restaurant great decor. We were there on a Tuesday evening for so rapid service but were expecting a little more attention. The reason for the 3 stars was because the 1 pasta dish we had was amazing but the pizza and the toppings were a little dry and tough Probably go back for past and then we’ll see how we get on but not rushing to go there.
I had a salmon dish. I believe the dish should come with a sauce but didn't. The waitress Angelina was lovely and made my visit pleasant. In the past I have walked in and been totally ignored by staff. I enjoyed my experience. The reason I never gave 5* is because the toilets smelt awful.
The food and service is very good, it's a nice casual place and family friendly. Going by the two main dishes we had, I would say the portions are a bit small, so if you visit with a big appetite you might be a bit disappointed.
Visited site to have a late lunch today and was greeting my Kahlil and Anya. Kahlil recommended me a chicken breast grill which was spot on. Happy with his recommendation. Anya also was very friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely revisit for the food and the staff.
Haven't eaten in this chain sinse it was Bella pasta and I used to have a very negative view, but they were the only restraunt we could see offering a lunch menu. Very impressed with the improvements. Staff were freindly and very fast, we had food in front of us with in 15 minutes. I had pizza from the lunch menu and it wasn't just good for a chain, top 10 pizza's I've had :!! Will definitely go back. Only small negative was the toilet decor needs some tlc.

Food was nice. Friendly staff and quick service. Decor was also quite nice. Prices in line with other similar places.

So I purchased 4 items from Bella Italia through just eat. Firstly, the food arrived late and luke warm. The delivery driver did not apologize and appeared to be quite miserable or irritated. Basic manners cost nothing. The Calabrese had very little sausage and chicken, not at all spicy and very little flavour. The Calamari was over cooked and contained very little squid inside. The Mozzarella Carozza, were basically mozzarella cheese bites; McDonald's cheese bites taste better. The Pollo ala Crema as pictured below was the worst meal of them all. It was extremely dry, bland, there was barely any chicken, and someone needs to learn the art of cutting vegetables; seriously, look how big that piece of red onion is, ridiculous. The prices are extortionate. I've had better microwavable meals. As Gordon Ramsay would say, "SHUT IT DOWN!"
Went here yesterday OMG the best garlic bread pizza was the best I've ever had and the spaghetti bolognese was yummy too
