Recently had a cheeky hot chocolate at Nero's in Watford. Super convenient as is it's right opposite Intu. Could do with some updating inside compared to other Nero's I've been in..felt a bit tacky. Was happy with my hot chocolate though...tasted pretty good!!
When I went you couldn't get any drinks which needs heated milk so I couldn't get a 1-2 simple coffee. Outdoor seating was scattered and messy.
This is busy location with the expected attendant woes - a basic interior past prime, verging on grubby and worn, adequate service by pressured staff providing the 'formula' here despite trying circumstances. Heartily and reassuringly mediocre.
Great coffee, friendly staff and lots of space to drink in.
Love the hot drinks selection from here. Perfect for every season and really like the atmosphere in the cafe. Best coffee chain out there in my opinion. Always look forward to coming here.
