Ponds Forge International Sports Centre is located in the heart of Sheffield City Centre and offers a diverse choice of activities including our award winning gym, spa, children’s activities, two swimming pools including our Olympic sized swimming pool and the deepest diving pool which is home to some of the GB Diving Squad.

Our International Sports Hall is suitable for sporting and non-sporting activities and is one of the largest and most flexible events space in the whole of Sheffield.

I returned for 50 metre lane swimming on 26 September 2019. I first came here in 2010 when Tom Daley competed at the British Diving Championships and the FINA Diving World Series in 2011. The only issue I have with the pool is the Speedo swimming flags because I wear Adidas. It still gets 5 stars.
What a great venue the most breathtakingly beautiful sport in the world. The facilities is in emaculate condition and a pleasure to use. The water was crystal clear for the duration of the underwater hockey world championships
Love this gym, really helped with my mental and physical health over the years. Staff so pleasant, helpful. Absolutely spotless, thank you for all you do for your customers.
I've been here several times to watch my daughter swimming in the nationals. The facilities are fantastic, far better than a tithing she has at her local club. She really enjoys coming here.
This was a works Christmas do. For which the theme was "Fairytale of New York." Food was very good. Very organised. Even though it was a free bar there was never a long wait for a drink. Would recommend for other companies to have functions here.
Just been swimming and it was awful. They made us wait 15 mins in the foyer and then we discovered we were in the leisure pool. Only 2 lanes -one of which was taken over by the squad so the other lane was slow -there’s no in between! Also I can’t believe how many members of staff there were but doing much!!!
We went in the family pool. It was good fun, a couple of flumes, a toddler splash pool and a lazy river with floats to grab hold of. Changing rooms were clean and warm although a couple of non- working showers slowed down the getting changed and out of there
Very good swimming pool, and the gym is spacious. However, it can do with more cleaning!
