Great place, have loved coming here over the years, continues to be well run and spot on!
What a huge building housing fantastic facilities. Easy to find just off Attercliffe Road with a relatively large car park. Entrance to the building has an automatic door just inside is a reception area and a cafe selling drinks and snacks. There are loads of toilet facilities, accessible toilets and changing areas. A large sports hall with viewing area. Running track, high bar and long jump. A fully equipped gym, boxing ring, meeting rooms plus many other facilities. The main cafe was closed when I visited and the drinks vending machine wasn't accepting cash or card payments. All in all its definately worth a visit.

Generally, good facilities for wheelchairs, a few more dropped herbs here and there would be be better. Accessible Toilet with room to manoeuvre, though a handle on back of the door would assist enter and exit. Foot operated bin again. Though everything you need. Apparently a changing places room is in the pipeline!
Went with my daughter to watch athletics. Impressive facilities. All the parking was full when we got there, but found street parking nearby.

Excellent sports facility in Sheffield, been coming here for sports days back in secondary school and other events. Has track area, boxing area, netball, table tennis and basketball. Perfect for all sorts of fitness. Next to Ice Sheffield too and public transport is near by trams to meadowhall and town 10/10
Re Coffee Bar at front of reception. Called in for a much needed hot drink and cookie after an appointment at the MRI Scanner in the car park. Basic but comfortable, clean, tidy with accessible seating for myself as a walking stick user. Much appreciated, can wait for a taxi here if needed. Tram stop Arena is 5 min walk away, entrance opposite the big grass mounds.
Very well maintained track, not super busy on Fridays and easy to book and sign in. Opening times would ideally be better for mornings Important to know: track is 200m and the turns are curved.
