We have been camping here for a few years now, Pat and Richard have made us more than welcome often without booking. Toilet and tap only but the walks and beautiful views are exactly what we come for. Ponies and Donkey's for neighbours and a fabulous butcher on site, pondhead sausages are the best we've ever tasted. We are seasoned campers and prefer basic and wild, perfect location for us. See you bank holiday weekend until then don't change anything, it's lovely as it is. Regards Clare and Nobby x

Lovely campsite and wonderful surroundings but people would stay for longer if it had showers because we went home after staying Friday to Monday without being clean. Wonderful homemade fresh food from the shop.

My friends and I have been coming to Pondhead Farm for a number of years now. Richard and family are always very welcoming and happy to accommodate guests needs as best as possible. And if you should run out of food, or simply fancy something homegrown, the meats sold on site are genuinely second to none!

A pleasant enough basic campsite. A field, two toilets and a drinking water tap is all you get, but it was nice and quiet, friendly owner, cheap, and one up from wild camping :).

The rating above is for a backpacker. They should make it clear that the campsite is WEEKEND ONLY. We turned up after walking 4 hours through New Forest only having to trek another hour and a half to another campsite.
