Got the spicy chicken salad and it was a decent size. Food was not bad too. Would recommend heading over as a grab and go choice if you’re in the area and wanted a quick meal.Food: 4/5

Great quality food with very competitive prices, hard to find another place like this in the city centre! The service is friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a visit!
Super lovely hard-working owners. Great selection of pasta, salads and cakes. Cornflake cakes are incredible! Huge choice of extra additions like sauces, cheese, olives, jalapenos, sweetcorn. Very reasonably priced fit portion size, right opposite entrance to New Street on Navigation Street, and much cheaper than inside station.
Service was pleasant and efficient which brings the average star rating up, love the partner team, but sadly the food is very below par when there’s an actual Italian restaurant a few metres away. No idea why you’d pay £6 ! for a ciabatta that was the same as the part-baked supermarket ones, with just a bit of melted cheese chucked on… some whole olives.. no salad or anything. Such a sorry looking sandwich! Olive tapenade, rocket, balsamic and better cheese would elevate something like this and create a better brand image. Could have paid half the price and got better at Greggs! Looking at the pasta on offer too, it looked like supermarket value pasta shapes with plain jarred sauce. I prefer supporting independent but sadly it was very below the mark when there are so many other eateries in arm’s reach. Not to mention polystyrene packaging… in this climate?
I’ve been coming to Polo’s for years & have never been disappointed! Food is consistently fresh & tasty. Lovely customer service too. Best pasta shop in Birmingham.Food: 5/5
Great location right by the train station and always freshly cooked in front of you, with high quality ingredients can’t be beaten for fast pasta in Birmingham City Centre
Incredible!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Had the tuna panini and it was so good went back to have it again ^_^ Will be sharing this with many others to let them have the joy of Polo Pasta!Food: 5/5
