Delicious food, kind and understanding server and nice and relaxing atmosphere. Had a problem with the card reader, but server apologised and quickly sorted everything out. Have been here before and would recommend it.Food: 4/5
Brilliant experience, food was fresh and all hot. Service was amazing by Marc our waiter, very helpful. Will return for sure! Kid-friendliness: Very friendly towards child.
We came as a birthday treat for our son. We want to do a big shout to Marc who not only remembered us as returning visitors but was very professional and friendly in his role. He was really helpful as my hubby is gluten free allergy. Marc is brilliant at his job and we will definitely be returning to the Bella Italia here in Birmingham. We had a very rude waiter who is also the manager - the customer service is appalling. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated as a party of 2 at lunchtime, nobody acknowledged us or the queue behind us in all the time we waited, all members of staff avoided eye contact. We then had to wait 15 minutes before anybody came to take our order as the online order system wasn't working and we waited a significant amount of time for our food to arrive. Manager was very rude and would not comply with any of our requests, eg asking for ketchup with our mains he told us condescendingly we will have to wait a few minutes and didn't come back for 10 minutes, again when we received our dessert we asked for the bill and he told us no and that we would have to wait a few minutes. We waited for 15 minutes before going to another member of staff to pay our bill. The manager Kully was so rude and replied to every request with an annoyed sigh and ‘wait a few minutes’ and then took 10 minutes or longer. We went to celebrate a birthday and the way he treated us ruined the occasion.The food wasn’t great and portion sizes have reduced significantly. The cookie dough we paid £7.50 for used to fill the whole plate..
The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming, the food came very fast and our server Amy was very attentive and friendly. Overall a lovely experience! Vegetarian options: Many options to make dishes vegan
Food was great, our server Amy was absolutely lovely and even moved a new customer to another table to avoid squeezing us too close. A nice place to have a delicious, quiet meal. Kid-friendliness: Provided highchair.

We have eaten here a few times in the past. Always a cheerful welcome by all staff The food is wonderful, tasty and most importantly served hot. It’s in a great location on New Street whether you are doing some retail therapy, visiting the German Christmas Market or just fancy a bite to eat The restaurant does get full so booking is advised especially on a Friday and Saturday this can be done easily from the website
Called in close to closing time but they let us have a table. The food was really good and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a Margarita pizza and the sea bass. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and the chips were really good and crunchy.Food: 5/5
Even though it was busy, the lovely staff at the door kept us updated and got us seated as soon as possible. Cocktails were nice. Risotto portions aren't very filling, but the pizza and pasta are good. Enjoyed the cookie dough dessert!Food: 4/5
