Nice Italian restaurant with a good menu, a few deals and you can use clubcard points too. Busy as its city centre. We were served by Emily K who was lovely and attentive, she knew the menu well and was able to make some helpful suggestions. Food was hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend.Food: 4/5

Well how good was this place!!! I haven’t been to ask for years….. but I’ve been missing out! Emily K was our host and she was a little legend! So friendly and helpful! And quick!!! Glad we didn’t order a starter as the portions were cracking but olives to share and some wine did the job! We had a variety of dishes… all pasta based but there was plenty without! Presentation was fab, price point was spot on! We will be back!
Amazing food, quality ingredients, decent proportions, worth the slightly high price. Loved the complimentary fruit juice shot and my drink. It was around closing time when we reached and while everyone was indeed nice and pleasant to us, we did feel a little rushed but understandably so. My pasta was slightly undercooked but nothing too damaging about that. A few items from the starter menu were not available and we got told that after we placed our orders. Would visit again definitely for the awesome food and ambiance.
Olivia who was my Waiter welcomed me in very warmly and she was amazing and her customers service was exceptional. They say you can’t buy customers but Oliver deserves her pay rise. Excellent pasta 10/10Food: 5/5
Absolutely amazing dining experience here! Seated quickly and staff very attentive and to hand. Service was quick and and price's very reasonable. We had one mistake with a missing item from our order but our waitress was able to resolve this very fast and due to the mistake item was null and voided on our receipt. Good selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan food items. Great selection of drinks to choose from Didn't get to try the deserts as our starters and mains filled us up but i guarantee they would also be amazing. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan options to pick from, alot of meat based dishes can be changed to vegetarian / vegan if requested. Wheelchair accessibility: One slight step up to the restaurant.
Really impressed. Very busy so glad we booked well in advance. Serving staff were faultless, quick and efficient and considering how busy it was, the food came out quickly- and it was delicious.Food: 5/5
I tried to avoid going to this chain restaurant, in favour of a little independent round the corner. Thankfully, I was too early for their lunch service and they wouldn’t allow me to wait so I went back to ASK. It turned out. I had the best service I have had in a very long time I could not have asked for better. The food is great, the service even better.
Excellent customer service and food. Waited less than a minute to be seated and menus handed over. Cheese garlic bread was amazing. Took away in 5 mins after us finishing. Mains arrived hot and brill portions. Friendly and joking staff which makes this even better! Will return
Could and should be better. Portions look smaller in comparison to other ASKItalian restaurants outside of the city The sauce looked tired and dry. The quencher aperitif was a nice though tho. The Pizza we had was nice, but still a tad dry with the toppings. Overall, food is good, service was laboured with staff slow to clear plates between courses and on trying to pay. We did spot them focused on their own conversations. Must have been good gossip as it took 20min to get the bill Friendly enough that said.
