The reception staff are so helpful, a total breath of fresh air compared to my previous practice. They really go out of their way to help you and try to make you the most suitable appointment. The doctors I have seen so far have also been excellent and given a very good standard of care. The one downside is that appointments always seem to run late meaning you wait for longer than expected for your appointment, however as that seems to be standard in every practice I have ever been to it is not an issue for me as the rest of the service and staff is always excellent.

Disgasting receptionist. My 40 days baby old had an appointment in this frizzen weather. we arrived 5 minutes late, because of the bus, first receptionist told us ok , have a sit, after 25 minutes the other receptionist told me we'll cancel your appointmentf for 5 minutes late. I just want to know how is the manager of her and is she allowed to cancel the appointment for 5 minutes late. I'll change this medical centre as soon as I can.

This is the best practice I have been a part of. Reception staff in particular go the extra mile and are always very polite and courteous. Very quick turnarounds when trying to get appointments too.

Best doctor's I've been to in a long while. All the girls on the desk very happy and well spoken. All the docs look after you. And the nurses are nice too. Always on my Xmas card and present list.
