Good gym,  good instructors a good gym for classes or personal training, although not a traditional walk in off the street gym with machines etc.  Would still highly recommend it.

I joined total rebuild 4 months ago and it was the best thing I did. My fitness levels are the best they have ever been, and cannot believe the changes to my body shape. James is extremely passionate about his job, and always gets the best from his clients. If you enjoy training with a great bunch of people, then this is the place to come. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!!! See you there!!

A great gym for all your needs - crossfit, kettle bells, circuits, Personal Training. It has the lot. Fun, high energy classes, easy parking, plenty of kit.
