Seemed to be a decent company, state there values very highly but just a shame they can't stick to them, show decency to people if you say you are going to contact them then common decency would be to do it.
Plus Dane are one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Their customer service is non-existent and their team rude and incompetent. They will tell you one thing and then the opposite if they ever answer your call. They take about 6 months to acknowledge any complaint, let alone do anything about it. Maintenance show up at random times, ignoring the fact most people have to work to afford their extortionate rent that they also put up mid tenancy. Plus Dane asserted their property was new but poorly done paint jobs indicate this is, again, an utter lie. Avoid this pathetic 'letting agent" at all costs.
Gas engineer called to my house today SUNDAYHe here within the hour sorted the problem in like 15mins and has organised for my new cooker to be fitted, can't praise him enough his name was Ste, fast efficient customer care excellent 100% THANK YOU Ste
I had to give one star as it wouldn't give me option of 0 This housing association has no concerns for residents do not support the vulnerable and never give answers for this awful fir repairs only interested in receiving their rent not providing essential services for vulnerable need to be held to account,!!!
Happy with plus Dane .they are doing well
Edit: still waiting 1 and a half years after first reporting my intercom to be fixed.
