Decided to renew my partners passport after realising it expired February next year. We're travelling to turkey in less than 20 days so decided to pay for the 1 weeks fast track service. So pleased we did, he went for the appointment on Monday and by Thursday morning his passport was here. 5* service and will definitely be doing mine the same way in a couple years time.
Booked a slot on A Saturday 20th July and it was quiet. The woman at the door and security were very friendly and the security process was quick. Must have sat down for less than 5 minutes before being called up and spent less than a minute with the passport officer. Overall pleasant experience. Thank you all
Super pleased with this service. I had a nightmare and accidentally ripped my passport at the airport and couldn't board my flight. I managed to book an appointment for the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful and I received my passport via Royal mail in less than 48 hours after my appointment. Thank you so much to the team for the great service during a stressful time.
Came in for my child’s passport in Nov23, used fast track and got the passport. They said the birth certificate would be sent separately, we never received it. I called and logged it, never heard anything. Called again and was told to email in. I asked if they would replace it if lost by them, the gentleman very comfortably said “no”.
Amazing service. Daughter realised her passport expired on Sunday. Got an appt for Tuesday am in Liverpool. Collected her passport and has made it to the airport on time for her flight. Huge thank you to the HMPO team for such an efficient and friendly service.
Was applying for a second passport for work, dragged on longer than it should have. The passport office has mistakingly had my passport as missing/stolen. Despite having that passport in front of them, knowing it wasn't missing/stolen, they decided to destroy it. I wasn't informed of this & have only just found out after I decided to call them. I got a series of longwinded excuses with no logical explanation as to why the corner of the passport wasn't cut off & returned. This passport had travel details, which I can no longer prove to HMRC. Regardless of whether it was reported missing or not, it was in my possession & my property should've been returned to me.
Absolute Pathetic service from their Southport office, They are nothing but bunch of rude , in-competent ,pathetic excuse of human beings. Absolute vile people who don't care about helping any customer , They couldn't get off the phone quick enough even if they tried. Got no customer service skills whatsoever. My passport was printed with wrong details. They asked me to send my passport back to a complete wrong address and then kept on lying to me for next 10 days telling me it has been re-printed only to be told on the 11th day oh we gave you wrong address , got flight to catch in 2 days time which more than likely will have to be cancelled , 7K holiday gone down the drain due to their in-competence and failure. Will be looking to take them to court. Bunch of idiots who deserve to be replaced by Robots and AI.
I literally booked my appointment last night, and attended today. I was seen by Katie, who was extremely helpful and pleasant! All staff were jolly, and I can't fault the service at all. Thank you Katie!
i didn’t realise i had to have 6 months remaining on my passport and i was supposed to fly out on thursday and i realised on tuesday night i put in a emergency appointment however it was booked for thursday. Thankfully the lovely ladies and gents helped me out massively and saved my holiday. Thank you so much Anita, Paul, Sam, Sarah and Tom!
I visited the Passport Office in Liverpool today , what an amazing friendly experience , greeted by a friendly helpful security officer also there were other friendly officers. On my departure the security officer who greeted , telephoned for a taxi to take me to the railway station & escorted me to the taxi when it arrived , all credit to the security officers , thank you very much.
