Worst waste company to deal with, got lied to too many times ended up having more that 8 bin bags in the store because of them showing up on different days and not showing up at all sometimes, prices went up £20 every month and ended up even paying £160for two weeks even tho the contract was 80 amonth dunno how they keep this business open. Would never recommend to anyone.
horrible company. cancelled our contract on time. received a whole set of random bills with a whole set of random reasons. we have already paid the bill and now they are telling us to pay another 5 times. not at all recommended. customer service is absolute shocking, every time we call there seems to be no one at the company. you have to call so many times for someone to pick up the phone. Seems like no one can be bothered to actually provide some sufficient service at this shocking company. Absolutely shocked at the quality of service all round provided by this company. I was recommended by a friend an I will ensure you that I definitely DO NOT recommend this horrible company which thinks that all their customers are THINGS which can give them money for free. We asked them to come and collect our bin three times and they still didn't and all three times was 1 week in advance, called in on the second day of our collection day and 4 days after our collection day. for all three occasions we spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to call into the company and get someone to actually pick up the phone. Not impressed at all at the standard of quality they provide. Not at all respectful to their customers. You actually think that such a big company like this providing facilities for so many places can actually afford paying more than a small handful of people being at the company to pick up a phone in less that 10 minutes when there's no queue at all.
Duplicitous, underhand, impossible to leave, lie directly to your face, ignore complaints, bump prices, charge you for bin rental on your own bin - do not touch them with a barge pole. In response to your reply: My main issue is the direct lying from your saleswoman who agreed I could have a 12 month contract. She even scheduled with me the date I needed to write to you to advise of the termination on it's 12 month anniversary. Your colleague is flat refusing to honour Diane's promise of a 12 month contract, Diane is lying saying she didn't offer one. So, no, your colleague isn't dealing with my complaint, she's ignoring the main complaint and trying to address other issues that should have been addressed months ago, when 1st brought up. Amazing that it takes you less time to reply to a publicly visible complaint than to actually deal with one sent or called through to you directly. Maybe if you spent less time monitoring your reviews for complaints and more time dealing with those sent directly to you you would actually get less bad reviews....
