Our thanks to Caroline in sales for all her help with our bathroom fixtures and fittings. We tried other outlets but her product knowledge and design suggestions, with her attention to detail, allowed us to source everything here, and at good prices. Thank you!
Incompetence doesn't really cover it, ordered a kitchen mixer tap 30th October, was told we'd be notified when ready to collect. Week later had to call in to chase it now the 6th October. Spoke to a delivery driver who had no idea what he was doing, gave all details that I gave to the guy I ordered the part with. No record of it anywhere, the delivery driver says "I'll get him to call you on Monday when he's in next" No call on the Monday, my wife is getting fed up of a broken kitchen tap at this point so she phones in. Speaks to a helpful lady who had to track the order back through the system, no name or contact details on the order, hence why I was never called. Wife goes to collect, turns out to be the wrong part ordered. Heads back, the correct part is in stock and probably has been since the first visit. Price is wrong as quoted for a bathroom tap instead of the kitchen tap, had to pay a further 50% above quoted price and been messed about for nearly 2 weeks. I have never known so many people to be so useless in one place, if it wasn't for the helpful and apologetic lady in the store we would still be waiting for our tap.
Friendly staff, Caroline in bathroom department could not be anymore helpful. All design issues dealt with, resolved, fixtures and fittings ordered. What more could you ask for.
Excellent service, very helpful.
