Have had nothing but excellent service from Platts. My first Hyundai in 2015 was a new generation i20 which was a brilliant car. Got a good trade in for the i20 so Just renewed my contract for another 4 years to a new Kona. If you’re a decent customer they’ll treat you right and you won’t be disappointed. As for Usman, he’s awesome!

Small family garage but perfectly formed. Got a good deal on my new Hyundai and a very fair price on my trade in. Lots of options available when booking in for servicing ie collection from office, no charge of you're local etc. Sometimes have to wait if I need a courtesy car but that's because they're so busy (not a surprise as I get on with the staff really well and I know numerous others that go there including lots of my family) they don't over promise, they're not too flashy, they're honest and try their hardest, I can't ask for any more. Keep it up

Don't go here for a repair. I was back and forth 4/5 times with an overheating issue and they came up with a different explanation each time, didn't seem to have a clue. Paid over £100 on my first visit for something that didn't fix the problem. They were meant to ring me after looking at my car's data and didn't. They do give your car a general health check though and replaced a few bulbs for me. There are a better, proper garages around.
