Saw a car online and booked an appointment to view. Car parking was very tight, but parked over the road in their Peugeot branch. Fernando was very knowledable and I felt unhurried and there was no pressure whatsoever. I genuinely enjoyed the process and felt happy with the excellent deal that we agreed. The handover was well delivered, Fernando handed over my new car personally, taking the time to show me all of the functions in my car. The car had been prepared to a high standard. I would be happy to recommend Fernando and the team at Eden Hyundai. Thank you.
Ordered an i20N in blue in Dec 2021, expected delivery in April. The car arrived on time, however a silver car was delivered to the showroom instead of a blue one. I had originally ordered a silver car, but I changed my mind to a blue car and communicated it clearly one day after I had confirmed my order back in December. The order form was amended correctly. Even the dealership expected a blue car to be delivered. The customer service that I received from John Ayling was excellent, however this crucial mistake has left me disappointed as I have waited 5 months for this car and looking forward to the handover due to the fact it’s a hot hatch and my first time purchasing a new car meant a lot to me. The dealership was not able to source me another car in spec in time for June, so I had no choice but to reject the car. The i20N is such a great car, but this ordeal has left me so disappointed that it has put me off the car and the satisfaction of obtaining the car keys of a new car during handover has completely gone.
Just taking the time to write a review about Hyundai High Wycombe - always fantastic service! Its great to see a business deliver great customer service from the moment you arrive to after you leave. I have only used the service department on my Santa Fe, but always extremely impressed with the whole operation. Everyone is so pleasant, friendly and helpful. From the big smile welcome from Paula at the front desk, to the crew on the service desks. Anis has dealt with me the last 4 service visits and he is always very professional, efficient and helpful. After I have left, the followup email with video inspection by the mechanic fills me with trust of a business being transparent. Highly recommend and will continue to use in the future.
I ordered a car here last year and then picked it up in November. Despite having two salesmen who left whilst the car was being built. Matt took over and has been absolutely brilliant in aiding me with various parts of the final transaction along with being incredibly helpful with aftersales. Salesman like Matt are a credit to the companies they work for and I would happily buy another Hyundai especially if I was being looked after by him. The car is awesome as I expected despite some teething issues I hope will be sorted soon. Thanks again.
Thank you to Matt & team for my fantastic experience when purchasing my new car! I am very happy with my Hyundai Tucson, whilst the service I received throughout when purchasing the car was helpful with all attention to detail met. Excellent service from Hassan in purchasing a new vehicle and trading the old one. I was kept up to date regularly during the process and all of my queries were answered promptly and knowledgeably. Highly recommend!
We bought a used Tucson back in April. The car was not ready at the time we were instructed to pick up. We also purchased the safeguard policy and cosmetic policy. We have have to chase continuously for details of both policies and 6 months on we are still chasing for details of the cosmetic policy. In addition we opted for a service plan which had been set up incorrectly so after the car had been serviced we were called asking for more money! This garage is extremely incompetent and don’t seem to care about customers once they’ve sold you a car.
Purchased our car with the help and assistance from Hassan E at Eden Hyundai. Hassan was happy to arrange a test drive for us, listened to our needs, was patient, and most importantly did not rush us. The end-to-end process was very smooth, with questions answered throughout and post sale. Very pleased - thank you!
