I would like to thank Martin Hall and Mercedes of Beaconsfield for assisting me in purchasing my C Class 200 Petrol Estate. As I was living in Belgium at the time of the purchase, about to relocate to the UK after more than 25 years in Europe, it was not the easiest process. Martin was extremely helpful and guided me through the process. I look forward to many years of enjoyment from the car.

I would like to thank Stewart Jackson for the service he gave in helping me to purchase my Mercedes A Class car. I didn't at any time feel under pressure, all my questions were answered fully and he guided me through the process in a very professional manner. Having just purchased a new E350D I could not be happier with the service and advice I received from Farrah. She was able to cater to my needs and put together a deal that was just WOW!!! After service so far has been amazing and I have been made to feel like a valued customer which is something to behold in this day and age.

Depending on the salesman buying a new car can be either a really enjoyable experience or something quite different. I had the pleasure of buying my new MB from Jeff Keens who, right from my initial enquiry, was extremely helpful. He was very patient as I changed my mind about a couple of things until we finally got to the model I was totally happy with. Never once did he try and do the dreaded car salesman routine, everything was relaxed and professional. Yes of course he is a salesman and his job is to sell cars, but I never felt I was being "sold to". Thank you Jeff for a very pleasant experience and I will have no hesitation recommending you to others.

Purchased my new E220d cabriolet with help from Jeff Keens. Flawless and excellent service. Jeff is very knowledgeable of the cars and guided me through out the selection and finance process. Delivery of the vehicle on time. Recommended to few friends who will be calling soon. Thanks Jeff.
