We recently visited Mercedes-Benz Beaconsfield while looking for a new car, and it was by far the best dealership we came across.nnA special mention goes to Luke, who was absolutely fantastic — friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping us find the right car. I have recently purchased EQB's from the Beaconsfield branch. The service I received from specially Ashley Stratford was excellent. Ashley went out of his way in helping us buying the car and the same time getting a fair valuation on my part-exchange. I strongly recommend the branch for any one who is wishing to purchase a Mercedes Benz. I am also very thankful to Ashley for all his efforts and service during the purchase.nnMohamed.
Very poor repair and extremely poor customer service.nMercedes have not completed the work to a satisfactory standard and have still not replied to my complaints since May 2024 now OctobernMy driver door was written off in an accident and required a replacement door fitted. Mercedes only replaced the exterior of the door and left the inside looking like this, plus didn’t touch the dented and scratched bodywork. Absolutely appalling work. When I complained, I was promised by the bodyshop manager that it would be completed but he has ignored my calls and emails since July.nI will NEVER buy a Mercedes from a main dealer again. This car was damaged and had a botched repair before I purchased it, which only came to light when I had the above accident.nI thought I was buying a quality car from a reputable main dealer Mercedes Aylesbury but have had nothing but cover up and lies from them.nEven my complaint to Mercedes UK has not been responded to.nMercedes has changed, they are all very helpful and friendly before you make your purchase but do not want to know afterwards. nn12/11/24 UPDATE: Despite the response from Mercedes following my review, I have STILL not had any contact from them regarding the appalling service and repairs to my car.nAs with all the Mercedes staff I have dealt with, another empty promise to resolve.nDO NOT BUY A CAR FROM A MERCEDES MAIN DEALER - the cars are damaged and repairs are botched. They promise you the best service until they make the sale but that’s where the customer service ends. If you want a Mercedes you are far better off saving yourself lots of money and buying one from a small car dealer elsewhere. MERCEDES DEALERS ARE NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!nnUpdate 16/12/2024nI received an emailed from Mercedes saying that they had investigated my complaint after not responding for 7 months and felt that it had been resolved as the repair had been completed.nnIf Mercedes are happy to sign off this shoddy workmanship as satisfactory there is absolutely no hope!nAbsolutely disgusting customer servicennUpdate: March 2025nAfter an email from another member of MB investigating my complaint before Christmas and assuring me that he would look into it further and had forwarded my complaints to senior management at MB I have STILL NOT had any response from them, surprise surprise!!!nIt is now over a year since I purchased my car so conveniently out of warranty but none the less, that doesn’t excuse their shoddy workmanship on my repair.nI am still waiting ……..nnJune 2025nStill no response and now the paintwork on the front wing has deteriorated and the lacquer coming off. More evidence of the shoddy workmanship.nI wish I had never bought this car from MB
After a lot of research and a long quest 540 miles just on the final day I found the BEST PRESENTED AMG C43 T at Vertu Beaconsfield. This was also at a price commensurate with third party dealers. Thoroughly briefed by Ashley Stafford who went on to sort the deal over the weekend for collection the following Monday. After a train down from Manchester to collect, Ashley sorted a minor administrative glitch and I drove the car back. It was so good I came home the long way back over two days! I hope my local MB dealership proves as CUSTOMER FOCUSED as Vertu. THANK YOU Ashley.
