I had left my car here on Monday for a repair. I’m incredibly frustrated with the state my car was returned to me in. When they had called to tell me the car was ready for collection, they asked if I would like it cleaned. It was raining so I declined as it would be a waste of their time and energy. Had I known that they do not use any seat or floor mat protection I would have insisted. They had left marks all over my cream interior. An incredible amount of dirt on the carpet. This is a private chauffeur car that has never even come close to being in this state in its lifetime. I had collected the car in the evening so hadn’t seen this until the following day. Too late and too far to do anything about it.nI would recommend you ask your staff to treat customer cars with a little more respect, or provide them with protective material.
