Hasn't really updated itself for over a decade. Same salad bar, same pizza, same starters. Would be better just improving what it has rather than trying to add what it can't do properly.

Good food, friendly service, very quiet (I assume due to the recent incidents), a little slow to serve despite being so empty, but otherwise we had a good time

Probably the longest I've waited for service in long time. Several other customers were served before us even though we had come in first. Staff were very sullen and seemed uninterested. Also since there are no self service terminals for drinks we had a much smaller selection of choices for drinks than any other pizza hut. The restaurant looks like it's not had any renovation within the last 10 years and is fairly dirty too. For such a central restaurant to Salisbury centre it's a far cry from what it should be.

Poor service, drinks machine broke but still tried to charge for unlimited refill service despite the first drink having no syrup in and no refill available.
