Food first: burger was hot but the chips cold. The place was not busy at all but they had like 20 lots of chips already made up waiting.nService: some lads were vaping in the corner and rightfully asked to leave by a member of staff which was really nice to see. However, after said member of staff Helen got them to leave she proceeded to eat chips out of customers orders waiting to be collected. This is outrageous and the fact that other members of staff laughed, shows it’s not the first time this has happened. This is not acceptable and this McDonald’s needs to do better.
I ordered the same as always but it has a different taste, the chips weren't very hot and the burger just passable.nThe atmosphere was particularly extravagant with youngsters coming in and out all the time.nGood service but the cleanliness wasn't great.
Was just coming for food and phil served me at the drive thru with fantastic customer service! I have had a really bad day and phil cheered me up, was kind and patient with me while i sorted out my card and i have never been more impressed with my experience at mcdonald’s! make sure he gets a high-five and a cheese burger because he deserves it! thankyou phil you absolute star will definitely be coming back!
Couldn’t fault it really…. Certainly one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in for a long while.nClaimed a free coffee, 99p Big Mac offer and £1.59 for a large portion of fries. It’s well worth having the McDonald’s app for some great deals.nFast service, efficient friendly staff
Salisbury McDonalds. The second time that a McDonalds has got my order wrong, however it was reasonably busy. The excellent staff member & Manager very quickly resolved the mistake. Very apologetic staff for the error. Luckily I am not allergic to mustard, I just hate it & there was no ketchup. But as I say grateful that it was solved quickly with a fresh burger. Thank you
