Pizza Hut Restaurants

Don't want to award any stars to this establishment but it appears I have to award one in order to post this review. My family (a party of four adults) stood for at least 10 minutes at the desk waiting to be seated. We were seen by the manager(?) who was working around the bar area but didn't appear to be serving anyone and at least two other members of waiting staff. After a few minutes we discussed how long we would wait to be spoken to before walking out. Just as we were about to leave, a member of waiting staff came up and asked if anyone had spoken to us when we said no he tried to find a table for us (instructions were being shouted at him from the manager(?)). We were seated at a table for four with menus but not asked if we wanted to order drinks or reassured as to how soon somebody would be across to serve us. There were no drinks menus on the table so we had to help ourselves to menus from a different table. To be honest the menu lacked appeal and we were so annoyed by the whole experience we walked out. Nobody tried to speak to us as we left or made any attempt to discuss our decision with us. Would I ever consider visiting this establishment again? No. To be honest it has put me off visiting any establishment in this chain.

Sorry I had to give one star but you have to! Don't get takeaway as it's a huge rip off. £51.00 for four tiny pizza and one normal size. If we sat in we would get bigger and free salad.never coming back .

The food excels standards right off the bat. Also the drinks machine has quite a lot of flavours and combinations to chooses from. The place has a salad bar which is always enjoyable. The food takes a little while to make but is exuded once you see the quality. Making a pizza is always easy with a menu to help you find out what you want, fast. Finally, the prices are relatively low and the food is great. But sometimes the food is very expensive for the larger meals. Overall, great restaurant, great people, great service.

The menu overall could be better but other than that it's great. Get the cookie dough, you won't regret it.
