Ordered from here last night the food was absolutely disgusting never again the kabab wrap wasn’t wrapped properly just placed in chips were hard like they had been standing there for awhile, I also ordered a garlic bread pizza the person who was doing the order didn’t look at the ticket correctly so I nearly ended up with nothing, they also forgot to put the garlic on the pizza ended up with a just hard bread. The staff need a lesson in customer service has there attitude we’re disgusting and when I went to challenge them about it they just shouted back and closed the shop. I would of give this 0 stars if I could have
New owners pizza was ok. Garlic bread not good think they forgot to put the garlic on it was just a plain pizza base not good when ll be avoiding for a while they need to get there dishes better cooked & flavourFood: 3/5
Food wise, great, speed? Brilliant too. My main review is about customer service. I had ordered a Collection & on my way with my 4 year old daughter, she fell over not far from Posh Pizza, i took her inside to sit her on the seat & without the staff knowing i was here to collect he came round with a fruit shoot for my daughter and offered some smiles & a friendly face. Truly this is ABOVE & BEYOND for a Takeaway. Thank you all. Please give this place a shot they deserve it.
when i popped in 2 weeks ago,, we were looking at the menu and seen the chef washing his feet in the sink where they wash the dishes. He was doing it in plain sight infront of the customers
Nice place to get take away, walking distance from mine in howdon. Got pepperoni pizza and chilli and garlic sauce, sauce got nice little kick to it and garlic sauce was nice also, the meat didn't seem like pepperoni,tge bottom of pizza greasy but edible. Reasonable priced, but nothing cheap these days, waited a while for pizza, that's ok as I like it hot and you know its fresh. Would i return, yes as I would give them another try and it's local. Don't get many take aways but it wasn't the best. I would still mention it to family and friends x
Popped in as I was passing because I had a pang for a garlic Kiev pizza and I was not disappointed. Only waited about 10 minutes while it was made fresh in front of me. Something you also very rarely see are staff cleaning up in between serving. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. Well done lads. J only wish they were closer to where I lived.
Regular customer...Not very happy ordered 2 cheese burgers ...had the a couple of strands of lettuce in each also ordered 2 chocolate cake but received cheese cake , I can't fault them in general but quite disappointed today
Food is decent however the customer service is a disgrace, they've got a few of my orders wrong and don't even bother to apologise or contact youFood: 4/5
I absolutely love this shop however your very rude delivery driver I've just had needs to sort his stinking attitude, all because I didn't hear my door knock straight away. I'm partially deaf with 3 very loud kids so I apologise if I didn't answer the door within 3 seconds of him knocking!!
Food is outstanding consistently everytime food is always hot and portion size are masive and the garlic bread with cheese is like biting into a fluffy cloud carnt fault one bit best takeaway round hear
