We love this place, my daughter gets a Big Mac and Hamburgers but without the meat patties and they always discount the cost as basically she is buying meat-free dressed buns! We really appreciate that! It does get VERY busy though especially since the one in North Shields town centre closed. Please open another one in Whitley Bay?

For me Macdonald's is a convenient place to eat every now and then. I am vegetarian so not really into Macdonald's food. The vegetable burgers are okay but nothing special and the chips are palatable as long as you have a lot of sauce. It is food and fills a gap.

Always good for a quick bite or a break when you're on the road for a longtime. This one had fab staff!

I ordered a grand Big Mac from McDonald’s, silver link. I didn’t realise until I got home that I’d payed the price for a grand Big Mac and they gave me a regular one with a large drink instead. Very disappointed

It's a McDonald's, which is fine. It's the fact that they can never get your order right. Always check you order before you leave. It's more a case of be suprised that the food in the bag is what you ordered. Rather than being suprised it's not. The 1 star is for service. Not for the food. Which would be rated higher.
