Wish I could leave no stars. This is the first and last time we have used jak's as our local takeaway is closed while the owners are on holiday. Ordered BBQ spare ribs in salt and chillie pepper , O.M.G . Absolutely vile dry over cooked meat that was like shattered like glass , they need to drop the word chillie from the description as there was none , very sweet with an over riding taste of anniseed . The worst I have ever tasted. The fried rice was almost burned and so oily it was out in the bin after 1 taste . My husband had serloin steak with gravy . The gravy has the texture of cold trifle custard and again over bearingly sweet. Do yourself a favour and AVOID AVOID AVOID

Its really difficult to find a nice Chinese takeaway but this one is fab! Salt and pepper chips are amazing.
