It was decent, but can only have the margarita or veggy as the meat isn't halal, was okay £10 for adult so not bad, you can have salads and other bits and bobs, staff can be quite weird staring at you once buffet is finished but other than that visit was decent Food: 4/5
Good friendly staff and covid-19 restrictions followed, choice of salads was limited, one of our drink order was messing but obtained when remindered, obtained extra salads, the pizza was not to their usual standards depending what was ordered. The thin crust was a bit oily from the toppings, the base was falling apart, the edges of the pizza crust was hard to bite. The male washroom sink was blocked with stagnant water, and from what I hear the female washroom was worst, 2 of of 3 cubicles were unusable and unhygienic and the sink were not suitable to wash you hands properly
Did not like card only payment or “no deal” business policy. Did not like having to order online without option of discussing menu offerings with someone. Salad offering was limited and tasteless. Pizza though was good to be fair. Had to ask 4 times to 2 members of staff for a takeaway box…gave up after 15 mins.They seemed more interested in clearing tables and mopping floors. Will never return.
Food had to be ordered and paid for via the website, which meant firstly signing up for their WiFi, answering loads of pointless questions, then being thrown off at the point of payment due to "unexpected error". Manager was apologetic and happy to take our order manually after this, but bimey it was a frustrating 20 mins to get to this point. Food was average as expected, but the salad bar and ice cream station were a mess with food spilt across the counters and over the floor. The toilets were also dirty and unpleasant. None of this was surprising due to the place only having 3 serving staff and a cook on duty on a busy pre-Christmas lunchtime. I felt sorry for them all as they were all doing their best and many restaurants are operating under similar cost-cutting measures. Ultimately a frustrating and depressing experience Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoyed serving themselves to ice cream and drinks.
This place has gone downhill. It's very scruffy inside and more like a fast food restaurant. You have to order and pay at table by scanning a barcode which is annoying and time consuming. The food isn't up to much either and the salad bar is a mess. The staff aren't very welcoming or friendly. It's just not value for money and would not visit again.
Brilliant service, especially considering how packed it was. The pizza and garlic bread were absolutely delicious and we only had to wait a few minutes for it.Food: 5/5
Everything we experienced was overall very good. Great chilled atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean. Good variety for salad and the buffet. Kid-friendliness: Colours and paper provided for children so they are kept entertained.

Just awful. My pizza came it was cold and all folded and bent. Worst service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant. Completely disgusting.
Went with family of 9 for special event. Using App was very difficult due to internet connection. Table grubby and air con was blowing very cold on the group. Orders came every 5-10 mins apart. Prosecco was pre opened and flat so had to be changed. Group of children kept running a circle round diners, very noisy and dangerous but we’re allowed to continue. Staff did their best but seemed understaffed and it was a very disappointing experience all round.first and last visit for all of us. Dietary restrictions: No problem with getting GF option.
