The best customer service representatives EVER! I found out about this place about a week ago, and I called in today and yesterday, the guy (or young boy as it sounded to me) on the phone was so good, he sounded like he knows what he was doing and he went through the order to make sure it was correct. I've ordered from them last week as my first go, and the girl got me so confused in the end I had to cancel the order, so I thought I'd try again. 

In terms of pizza quality, toppings looked like they were thrown on top of the base, but the products seemed quite fresh so we enjoyed our pizza and it was not bad, pretty average. 

The delivery man was actually the worst experience, both times we got it delivered by the same man and he just shove the pizzas up my face and asked for cash. I tried to contact the store back and I asked for the boy's name so I can recommend him but he told me he can't tell me due to privacy policy. Not sure whether I'd be ordering again just because of their customer service though, it just doesn't seem enough.

To be fair the pizza is so good, golden cheese beautiful toppings and amazing cheesey crusts with..wait what HAIR!! Jeez thought hair in food was somthing you only see in the movies nothing worse than chomping down on the cheesy crusts and a long black hair connecting though 3 slices ew how can you miss that! Nothings been done about it either waste of money ew Herbies more like Herpes

Used to love this pizza.  The quality seems to have dropped (perhaps cost cutting by new management?).  Stopped going after poor customer service.  Was charged £10.99 for a large Hawaiian, but charged £2 more for a large pizza which was half Hawaiian and half Margarita.  I protested that I was a regular customer and that it was bad service charging me more for fewer ingredients. They allowed it the first time, but when I had the same argument the following week I decided to call it a day.

Cannot believe how poor the service is from here. Ordered from them clearly state 'Don't Ring The Bell' as have kids asleep. Delivery driver holds the bell down for 5-6 seconds as is obviously struggling with reading english or is incredibly stupid. The ribs clearly looked like they had been spat on. The missus rang them as I was steaming and politely requested some money back or replacement. The person on the phone was rude and confrontational and totally unprofessional refusing any concession or compromise. Will never use them again. I suggest you look closely at what you receive if you do order from here as it appears someone there gets a disgusting kick out of contaminating food with bodily fluids.
