The quality of food is barely fit for human consumption. If you like eating thick slices of cheap bread with dog food smeared over the top, then this is for you. Disgusting. Binned the lot.

Good service , staff helpful and kind. But I think the store need more staff , delivery driver almost no driver available to delivery

pizza came 45 minutes late for a birthday party even though we told them we need the food on time. also called every 10 minutes and were told again and again the pizza is on the way (so according to them it took them 45 minutes even though they were only 5 minutes away from our location)! Now they won't deliver anymore to our location, saying we are outside their catchment area (5 minutes down the road!)! Another issue for a very long time. They refuse to deliver to our postcode even though it is just 1 mile down the road from them. The latest excuse I was given is that it is too busy! Duh, this is London, it is busy everywhere! Besides, my daughter's school is a 5 minutes walk away from us, on a main road, it's even busier and yet they are delivering to that area!

Pizza arrived after 50 mins which was ok despite being told 25-35 mins. Sadly it was inedible. It was a thin crust as ordered but cold, soggy and greasy. It wasn’t even slightly warm. I called them and they offered a replacement. I declined as I couldn’t risk the same arriving again and quite frankly I had lost my appetite. In the end called customer services who are looking into a refund. Nasty experience.
