HAIR IN FOOD! I came here with my partner on a Thursday early evening 5PM. Only 1 table that was occupied and the staff gave us a choice of seating. We ordered our food from the app, the glasses came over and 1 of them was rotten, so I took it back over to the bar area and asked for a replacement to which the lady said “just help yourself to some behind the bar” So I reached over to grab another, that was dirty and another. That was dirty too. I found one which was clean and sat back down. I got some Nacho crisps, jalapeños and potato salad from the salad bar. I was half way ish through eating it and was met with a hair see pictures Our pizza came out and there was some sort of bubbling looked like dish soap around both pizzas, not to sure what it was or why food would look like that but it was alright. The chips were bland and I could taste the oil they’d been cooked in really strongly. A bit of a let down really Just for clarity this is a dark hair, me and my partner both have light blonde hair.
Pizza tasted amazing here, I generally order hot and spicy veg. There is a combo of your choice which you can make with a drink and a or two side dishes. This always comes with some discounts and drink can opt for bottomless so that you can refill I’m sure most of the Pizza Hut locations had that offer. With pizza, free salads can be picked of your choice make your own salad. Service was very nice and staffs were very polite.
Don't know why but the pizza seemed different and not the usual pizza hut taste. I was craving for pizza but didn't hit the spot. They had a good deal though with the pizza buffet with drinks and an additional option for dessert for kids. My kids had the garlic bread and she liked it, though I noticed it was a bit dark in color suggesting that its a bit overcooked. Staff were really nice and accommodating. Loads of free parking outside. The atmosphere was okay, a lot of pizza boxes placed on a table which didn't look nice. The potato salad and coleslaw was sour as was the cheese sauce for the taco crisp.
The afternoon buffet is well worth it !! And it runs until 3pm It’s £15.99 per person all in meaning unlimited salad bar , pizza , pasta , refillable drink and the ice cream factory Staff are great too!! To give you the heads up it’s all via a QR code and pay by card too
This is restaurant is clean and lots of space in to sit down. The salad bar can be a bit 'hit and miss' in terms of freshness but the staff try their best to freshnen it up when it's looking a bit tired.Food: 4/5
Went quite late with some friends so potentially the reasoning behind some of the issues. It’s a Pizza Hut so you know what you’re getting. Even though it was dead it seemed a bit strange that the staff made us use the QR codes to order. Food was as you’d expect , the soda mixer was a game of “this drink tastes like 3 flavours”. We all seemed to have bad stomachs the next day too - the salad bar lettuce had definitely seen better days!
Amazing service sat down straight away place was busy and got our food so quick. Ordered with the barcode on the table and fully paid for it there and then which is great. Food quality is so worth it and you get lots for what you pay for and it’s not expensive at all. Will be coming again soon.
Updated review didn't know it had been over 3 years since I've last been here ,now you have to order online then the staff will bring out pizzas and food to you it pizza came quickly and they were nice ,salad bar was also ok and ice cream machine was good for kids and adults alike Cookie dough was probably worse thing we had as it was solid like it been microwave to long But overall a good experience
Very good lunch deal for flatbread, price and quality of flatbread. Included drink and salad. Staff very friendly made a difference to my solo visit.Food: 4/5
Tasty pizza and the salad was fresh. Customer service was friendly and never walked by without checking on us. Made sure our area was clean when we were seated. Children screaming uncontrollably and running a muc was the only downside but not a lot they could of done... More crayons and books? Idk but us 4 enjoyed it.Food: 5/5
