Recently moved to area within. This chippy has got to be the worst i have ever had the misfortune to visit. The chips are tasteless & rubbery, obviously been sat in the hot pan far too long. The fish i give a 3/5 as batter was soft & i question it being cod as stated... NO flavour & bland! Curry sauce very thin... Hence... All in all, it quickly went into my bin.

We have been ordering from here for many years. Food is normally ok. Ordered this evening and food arrived almost 2 hours later. Frustrating but not the end of the world. What has annoyed me is the aggressive delivery driver. I was quoted one price on the phone and the driver was adamant we pay £3 more. The receipt reflected the price we stated. Called the shop they said to tell him to take the original amount. He continued in the same manner and called the shop himself. He was told to take the lower amount but to tell us never to order again. Nice. We have been loyal customers for many years. Driving past many other places to come to them on the times we haven't needed a delivery. We won't be using again and wouldn't recommend. The food wasn't even nice tonight and to be honest I think it's under new ownership from the chaos on the phone. Avoid. Food isn't great now and the abuse is abysmal.

Meal arrived on time but it was cold.
The cost of the coleslaw is a rip off

Advertised. it closes at 12am. Not the case. Telephoned and was laughed at. Long time customer not going back! Only put one star to leave a comment... defo 0 stars.
