WoW. So I ordered on the 7th of January 2018 and was surprised at how nice the pizzas were. The only thing I would of said is that there wasn’t enough sauce on the pizza when it was made and because of that was a little dry but other than that it was delicious but when I ordered on the 17th of January 2018, there was a problem with our delivery and when I called the restaurant to find out what had happened I received SO much grief over the phone from some snooty woman who kept changing her answer and THEN wouldn’t tell me how to spell her name in order for me to take it as a reference to the call. Obnoxious and disrespectful, I wouldn’t say that she had any customer service skills at ALL! All in all the pizzas are tasty, maybe could do with a slightly bigger ladle when putting the sauce onto the pizza but tasty none the less but the people over the phone should learn how to be decent when speaking to customers. Freakin rude much!

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered online, they took my money twice! Then told me it would take 16 days to refund! Then 2 pizzas arrived! I told the second driver over my intercom that I'd already had my pizza and to take it back but he said he didn't understand English!!!!! He then broke into my building and proceeded to hammer on my door for half an hour with me telling him through the door that I'd already got my order! I had to tell him I'd call the police before he would leave. He left the pizza outside my front door where I found it the next day. To add insult to injury it wasn't even my order! Shocking store would never order from this company again!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever received. Not only did staff not seem to be untrained on how to use the tills, which I can excuse as they may have been new, but they were rude and unhelpful. One claimed that it would cost £1.40 (or something similar) extra to have a half and half pizza as part of a deal, when I explained that the deal had worked differently online in the past and did not add this charge, he asked for help from a colleague to clarify. This colleague begrudgingly took over the first server's till and said that the added cost would be over £3 because I wanted three toppings instead of two, even though the "Create Your Own" pizza has four free toppings when ordered online. When I said it was different online and that we will have to walk home and order that way instead, the server said nothing and let us leave, quietly saying sorry as we walked out the door. I found this service unhelpful and unsatisfactory.

I will never order from here. I ordered pizza at 4pm to be delivered at 6pm. I called at 7pm asking where my order was as it was snowing I expected some delay. They guy on phone asked my name and address like 20times and finally said someone will be there soon but no one. Rang again 7.30 and got told driver came back as he knocked on door and called you but no answer. I was right next to my door and my phone hasn't got any miscalled. My kids were starving by this time. No apology or anything on phone. Worst take away ever.
