Nice food but order was placed at 19:30, text reply saying delivery at 20:20, then an email saying 20:40. Phoned them at 20:50 to be told 'it's leaving soon, were very busy, very busy...just leave a review if you're not happy' and they hung up. Food arrived 10 minutes later. Just be honest when you confirm delivery time. If you're busy you know you're busy!

Very bad service and response. Ordered 1.30 hours earlier when I called to check regarding the order and they haven't even started my order and the answer was they are busy. No sense/ courtesy to inform the customer

Our food arrived 35 minutes early so it was lucky we had just arrived home from work. However, when the person delivering the food called they complained that we hadn't let him in for 10 minutes, even though there was clearly no one at the door when we arrived home. We also left a note on the order saying to call us if there were any issues but this only happened once the deliverer was already super grumpy! They were very rude, demanding that we come and collect the food right now, as if to suggest it was our fault they were half an hour early and our fault that they hadn't checked our note to call if there are any issues. The food was OK but there's plenty of other Indian restaurants we'll be spending our money at in the future.
