It seems the high street has a problem with consistency as this place too doesn’t have the same standards at all. I can order and have a good pizza, another day it’s cold and squished to one side which isn’t cooked properly. They don’t always answer the phone so I order online and timing can be great or awful so I’ve stop using them recently as it’s not worth wasting the money.

Just rang up, someone answered the phone and said welcome to dominos. I began to talk and they then hung up on me...i then tried for the next 10 minutes to get through and the phone would just ring and ring and ring. I tried using different phones to see if it was my fault. What is the point in having a phone if no one is answering? Is anyone actually working there? It says they are open but clearly no one wants to make any money. Not expecting their service to light the world on fire but this is a joke...

Awful service, waited 2 hours for a pizza when the address was only 1.3miles away then the driver lied and said there was loads of roadworks...there wasn’t. Would have collected if we were told of the wait. When complaining they couldn’t care less, awful service, wouldn’t order from here again.

Seriously lacking quality feels almost like a knock off location. The pound hill store blows this out the water!
