Have ordered before no problems and food was good. However today they took my order then over an hour later called me and said the driver won't deliver to where I live, they asked for extra money to deliver. After more of a wait the food turned up cold, driver was very apologetic for the delay and said he went to the wrong address and the food was a bit cold so didn't ask for the extra delivery money. A man called back extremely rude and annoyed we had not paid the deliver money and kept calling me boss. Staff clearly need customer service training. Not impressed.

Always had great food and no issues until today... drove 20 minutes to pick up my food only for them to mess up my order and make me go back there. When I went there they messed up the order once again and then were rude on the phone to me and would not do anything to make up for it

Phoned in to order for collection, they told me over the phone that they had all the ingredients for the pizza toppings. When I came to collect the pizzas they told me they didn't have any toppings available so they just made me 2 mozzarella and tomato pizzas (they couldn't bother to call back after I ordered to say they had no toppings). Takeaway place that simply wants to takeaway your cash for bag quality and poor service.

In the shop the food is amazing, best peri burgers after Nando’s. Service is always good, I understand you have to wait. I use to always order online anymore since the price increase as I don’t see it as value for money anymore and before it went up the orders usually came missing things like drinks or the chicken was overcooked or cold. Shame really but it is what it is.
