First time I’ve ever left such a negative review or felt the need to. Constantly hanging up on me saying they are closing and that they won’t serve me as I’m trying to make an order online for delivery nearby (in Crawley). I ask why they are closing as it says they close at 1am and it’s 11pm, get the phone hung up on me. Call back to ask why and I’m told by the person answering the phone that he doesn’t work there, then get hang up on again. Tried being civil by calling back to talk but this service is ridiculous and maybe a google review will help others.

I called at around 11 pm to order food as home delivery. As soon as I mentioned the order the guy on the phone spoke to his colleague and repeated the order. The other guy says to him in a different language "tell him we are closed right now" bearing in mind I'm willing to pay delivery charge and they have 1 hour before they close aswell as me being only 2 miles max away from them. It's a let down because I like their food as I pop in on my lunch breaks, first time ever I call them for home delivery I get this. Please next time just mention that you don't want to deliver right now or you are busy.
