Wanted to get something to eat after work, so went there around 6:15pm only to find it shut and lifeless. Even states a closing time of 7pm in their own window (Google business profile also states 7pm as of 21/03/18), which used to be 8pm (as of 21/03/18 the official Subway website still states 8pm closing time for most weekdays). Not the first time this has happened either. Will definitely take my business to the Carterton Subway from now on.

Terrible. Closed earlier than stated in their own window. Varying opening/closing times over several different websites. Barely useful, and doesn't even deserve one star. Will direct business to carterton Subway in future.

To the young lad that just served me, you are very rude, and dont know your own menu. How hard is it to remember that a meal deal comes with a drink. And dont give customers attitude back, rule 101 of customer service. Poor poor experience. Id give zero stars if i could.
