I've eaten here several times. This saturdsy has to be the worst service I've had anywhere. If it had been busy they maybe I could understand slightly. 15mins to take a drinks order, that's only because I approached a staff member. Nearly a hr after entering our food arrived. Not the standard you'd expect one meal was barely warm, upon saying something the young lady offered to pop this is the microwave, not a fresh dish. Safe to say I didn't eat. I asked to speak to a member of management but was told they were busy. If I left a contact number I'd be contacted. This hasn't happened.

Service was slow, has to find a waiter. Over priced for small disappointing portions. Not impressed for a family of 4. DEFINITELY WON'T BE BACK.

Food was delicious. Were told it would be a 45min wait for food, only took 30mins. The restaurant furnishing is inspire by Thomas Telford, the man behind the towns name.

Not normally a fan of Pizza Express but had a great meal - well done Pizza Express at Telford 👍🏽
