We went Saturday late afternoon when it wasn't too busy. After being given our menu we waited ages for someone to take our order. Eventually gave up and went and asked for someone to come and do this as we noticed they were taking orders from people who had arrived well after us. They still took forever and it seemed they were dealing with people closer to the bar first! The garlic bread starter didn't have much if any garlic. The mains were tasty but very small portion of chicken. We then waited ages to be offered a desert menu . Again gave up and had to go and find our waitress and ask for one and only then were the plates cleared away. The food did arrive quite quickly once we had ordered. Our bill was extortionate for what we had and even with 50 percent off mains was still very over priced. The steak at almost £20 arrived with 3 mushrooms and some fries. The waitress we had was friendly and accommodating once we had their attention. This is the 2nd time we have eaten here and the service has definitely not improved and the food wasn't as good. Finally could I suggest that the toilets are maintained a little better?

Been a few times with my wife and our 2 young's daughters and have to say we've never had a bad experience. The food is great, the staff are friendly (if not a little slow at times) there is a chilled atmosphere. Very good all round.

My experience here was mediocre. Firstly I ordered the potato pasta dish which arrived cold, secondly myself and my girlfriend noticed that a lot of empty tables with previous customer plates, cutlery, bottles that hadn't been cleared up, tidied up ready for the next set of customers to arrive. We also noticed customers who arrived were waiting a while to be seated in which one couple decided to leave because of the waiting time when staff were already casually walking around not noticing customers. I believe the experience lies with the customer and the experience is the most important thing and by what we experienced it could of been a lot better unfortunately :(

Cleaning the tables and handling money then comes over and handles bare cheese and grates it onto my plate! The waitress then chucks the cheese on the side and leaves it there. Is their such thing as good food hygiene? Will not be rushing back to this place. 😂😬 (Telford)
