We stopped off for a bite yesterday eve whilst shopping in Telford, completely spoilt for choice when choosing where to eat.. 3 kids all wanting something different... So decided on TGIs. . Great choice as it was an open relaxed and casual atmosphere.. What topped it off was the amazing service from the staff, in particular Bethany, a young bright girl who couldn't do enough for us.. Thanks for a great evening and look forward to going back soon

Went here for my Daughter's birthday. And We had younger children with us too. It was amazing!! So Many offers and delicious cocktails for your birthday group. They even did my vegetarian granddaughter a meatless cheese burger and took the price of the meat off!! They sing to you when it's your birthday. Great fun. Loved it so much I'm going back for my birthday.

What a roll down! Not even a year this place has been opened. Such a shame as it was a great start. But now is all down - lack of staff, food became poor quality, cocktails - disgusting, I had to return one as it was impossible to drink. On Tuesday early evening when restorant was 30% full we had to wait an hour our food. And then one dish came barely warm, another one undercooked. All pleasure from going out was ruined by this visit. It will be long long time before I decide to go back there...

Great atmosphere, food was delicious and fun place to be. Music was on point for the theme but a little loud. Update March 2018, service now is much much much slower.

The atmosphere here is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food all looks good, a little on the pricey side but you get value for money. Great place for kids and adults.
