Poor service, over priced Small portions and over all not good at all. One pasta base meal came out cold and literally rock solid, this is not at all impressive especially when the wait for the food to actually come out was painfully long. Non of us stayed for pudding so asked for the bill which again took a very very long time to come. We wanted to split the bill but this didn't seem to be understood by the staff. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants hot food, on time and to pay easy. However if you want to fight to pay your bill for unsatisfactory food this is the place to go.

Absolutly rubbish service! We ordered our food and drinks, 15 minutes later the Kids food arrives but we still had not been given our drinks?! Its not hard to bring out 4 drinks! Complete waste of our time, would not recommend!

We travelled into Telford yesterday for my mum and dad's anniversary meal at Zizzi's - we'd never been there before but it's now one of my favourite restaurants! The main reason is because they have a whole dairy-free menu (even a dairy-free chocolate dessert! 😋) and the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make your meal just right. There's even an open kitchen where you can see your pizza being made from scratch and go into the pizza oven 🔥 So I can highly recommend Zizzi's for anyone who is dairy- or gluten-free, to be able to go somewhere and have a 'normal' meal for once! Bottom line: Excellent service, delicious food and spotless facilities, we are definitely coming back! 😄 🍕

Came here not intended as we weren't being served in Bella Italia. Our waiter Richard was very welcoming and understood our issue. He was very attentive and looked after us. Food was really lovely too. 👌 thank you Richard for your service, your credit to Zizzi

Excellent service, however, food not excellent. Garlic bread burnt, Lasagne, tasted bland, intact it didn't take like anything, really strange. Possibly the worse Lasagne I have ever tasted. It was swimming in this watery orange sauce, not even tomato taste. Considering Lasagne is one of the most popular choices, really shocking that the Chef can't cook this right, Chef should be replaced as a matter of urgency what with Italian Restaurant over the road to compete with.....!
