Just walked out after waiting 10 mins to even get a menu, then another 10 mins to not be served. It wasn't even half full. Gave up and went elsewhere

Absolutely horrible experience!! We were a party of 15 for my son’s bday - seemed logical to go there after the movie but such a bad decision. Had called two days prior and pre ordered but nothing came on time and everything was completely messed up. Claire who took my order over the phone was most helpful and polite but the staff serving on that day (Rosa and manager Tony) were rude and indifferent. We had to literally plead for them to serve us - we laughed it off as didn’t want to spoil our child’s celebration. Would have simply walked out if it wasn’t for that! Never again!!

Really disappointed with the quality of the food, the lack of customer service, staff seemed really unbothered. Definitely dont recommend a visit!

Really good food here and great service..the chocolate fondue is the one to have for a dessert. Perfect sweetness taste. Pizza, as usual was always good.

It was my first time eating at Pizza Express and it was a wonderful experience with great tasty food. Definitely a great choice after the cinema which is next door, with really nice staff that make you feel really welcome. I had a young man that looked after me & my partner, he said his name was Billy and he was very nice and polite and helped us with the menu recommending a good pizza with sides which we were very happy with the choice and definitely was worth the money spent. He's costumer service was brilliant and with a friendly smile definitely someone I'd have on the team
