Zizzi Finchley Road O2 Centre

Visit: 10 March 2018 Arrived at 3.40pm intent on grabbing a bite to eat before the 5pm screening of Black Panther. The welcome was friendly but that was the highlight. As we were sitting down we were asked for our drinks order, falsely giving the impression that service was going to be speedy. We perused the menu deciding on starters and mains, then we waited...and waited. After 15 minutes we decided not to have starters while wondering we'd be quicker going over to Pizza Express. At 4pm we ordered, finally, a pizza and pasta bake. So far, so good. At 4.30pm a member of staff apologised for the delay and told us we could have free tea or coffee. All well and good but we wanted food! At 4.40pm it finally arrived, just as well they show 20 minutes of trailers! After finishing we skipped the offer of tea or coffee, tho in hindsight it might have been ready for when the film ended. Before leaving I attempted to use the toilet, why wasn't I surprised to find it closed? Staff handily suggested somewhere in the main shopping mall. Definitely won't be back to see if they improve. Pizza was OK, pasta bake fairly bland.

Great place, they made my pizza the way i like it. Polite staff. Fresh and quality food.

We had a pasta and a pizza here that were both no higher in quality than what you'd put in a microwave ready-meal. (Cold, rubbery, barely any ingredients... Really didn't know what we were paying for??) 🤯

We have waited to be seated for few minutes in a not very busy resturant, after we got seated ourselves we had to leave our table because it wasn't ready to be served, very disappointed with zizzi

Great food. They made a mistake in my order but this was rectified. The staff I experienced were very nice and the service received was great. I like the way they stone bake the pizza, personally I think this is better and reflected in tastier pizza.
