The nicest staff. There is one woman who takes my order who is always happy, professional, kind and calm. Lovely people. I usually just get the chicken and make sides at home. We have to eat gluten free so I get chicken and the delicious peri peri drizzle . Shears allow at least 10 minutes for the food to be ready . Lovely designed restaurant as well
Ordered chicken wings with salad and rice. I loved the sauces here and the wings were quite good as well.
I’ve been going to this Nando’s for years and it was my favourite however, I’ve had the worst experiences lately due to the poor customer service and the managers there. I will absolutely avoid going there ever. Extremely poor customer service and the way the supervisor talked to me was upsetting. I even asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t even come, again, a pure example of bad management. Some of the staff are nice though but the rest ruined it for them and there is no management to raise any issues to. Good luck as I can see many negative reviews due to the bad customer service. There are plenty of other places who know how to treat customers so maybe good to learn and train your managers to better handle situations.
This place is terrible, from the food to the staff, some staff members were nice and helpful though. Came in to order some food and was sat onto a dirty table and so moved to another one. The server at the till was completely rude and disrespectful and my chicken came out cold and went to another staff member about and blamed me by saying for I let it get cold when it already came out cold. Overall just bad service, avoid it if you can. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
Warm welcome by cute lady. She was Philippine. I dnt remember her name.. but the way she approached us was so sweet and welcoming. And took extra care of every customer...she made my evening so beautiful. Thanks a lot, my dear....I will be back to visit you and have dinner again there.........never felt so welcoming in nando 's before . I've been in so many branches, but this was more than I expected.....thanks again.
Got a deliveroo order from here. Chicken was dry and seemed to not be very freshly cooked. They also forgot an entire meal and refused to refund / replace the meal. I've been here & ordered from here before, but the quality seems to have gone downhill. One of the worst Nandos experiences I've ever had. Avoid.
Like another Nandos you will go to, but this place has the an issue of aircon that is sitting right above your head if you get sat near the front. After asking if there was anyway of switching off, was told that its controlled by the centre so cannot be switched off. Really bad planning to have seats under that, if you manage to sit here, be prepared for your food to go cold almost instantly.
Usual Nandos experience. The food was good and atmosphere nice. They have a nice seating area that is covered in a massive barrel. Quite cool.Food: 5/5
Waiter Ozzy was really helpful with my order. Great place and they have a massive barrel which you can sit inside to eat. Vegetarian options: I ordered the vegan burger which was delicious.
Really nice branch, the atmosphere is brilliant... I dont really enjoy nandos wings anymore anywhere, but their beanie burger is great, and I'm not a veggie by any means Vegetarian options: Plenty avaliable
