Just dreadful. Outside of the poor quality food (it’s Pizza Hut, you get what you pay for), service is some of the worst I’ve come across. Completely lost/stole/forgot/messed up the delivery of the order. Then lied about it on the phone. Then accused me of lying about it. Then failed to process the refund for over a month - had to go in in person and then still had to call up to get it sorted. Not even a mentioned of an apology. Appalling - go to any other pizza place close by - all much better.

Even one star is too much. We ordered a pizza after 1 h called to see where it is, excuses for why is not here on time. After that they show up 40 minutes later, so 1h and 40minutea with a promise that it will be hot.(not) . Very disappointed with the service and the way they deal with costumers , not even an apology. NEVER AGAIN

When everything goes fine, it's just your average Pizza Hut. Not great but at least decent. When it goes wrong, the customer service is garbage. They won't answer the phone and even if you call the main Pizza Hut customer service (who tried their best), they can't help you because only the branch can deal with some things. I would be much more likely to recommend this Pizza Hut if only they would answer the phone and address issues properly. As it is, I can't say you're guaranteed a pizza or even a refund if you order from here.

Just ordered a BBQ beef brisket pizza and it took 45 minutes to get here. On the phone I asked several times whether they had brisket in stock and the guy on the phones said three times, that they did. When the pizza arrives, it had been "substituted" with chicken and normal beef. As I called the store again, I was told I could have the pizza for free but then the manager then told me that I had to still pay £10 for the pizza or return it. The management in the store think its acceptable to basically charge people for the wrong pizza. Marble Catering shouldn't even be able to hold a franchise.
