Popped in for the first time today. Had a lovely breakfast everything was cooked perfectly. Staff were lovely. Very good prices compared to other places in prestwich. Would recommend:Food: 5/5
A great little cafe. I usually have the breakfast which is always good, but I occasionally have lunch too which is also great. It can sometimes take a little time to be served when the cafe is busy as all the food is freshly prepared but it's worth the wait.Food: 5/5
Food is nice, can feel this is made with heart. Staff are also friendly but the waiting time is just too long, not really friendly to those who has limited lunch hour from work.Food: 5/5
Excellently cooked fresh food with extremely friendly service. #PhilipSmithLawrence
What a fabulous place this is. Called in for breakfast which was freshly cooked tasty & delicious. Exceptionally clean, lovely owners/staff very professional & polite. Highly recommendedFood: 5/5
Definitely lost its warmth and spark since its been took over , the new staff seem disinterested and don't engage with the punters unlike the old team Food is over priced even by todays standardsand served without a smile. I regularly use Maz's in Whitefield, great vibe and friendly owner, that's service with a smile
Oh Dear.we have visited Pinto's before, had good food and service.and this was the reason we returned.30/5/22. Driving across manchester.we ordered 2 breakfasts with 2 coffees,it looked busy and we were informed there was a 15 minute delay, our coffees drunk our breakfast arrived to the table much later than 15 minutes .we were told that some of our breakfast items were unavailable, so the breakfast had been substituted, with 1 Extra sausage. Our breakfast consisted of cold toast,1 egg,1 slice of bacon.beans.and 3 sausages.1 hash brown arrived after on a separate plate .we didn't complain ,it felt hectic in the cafe.the staff appeared flustered and failing to cope.i heard the staff inform a customer that there was no clean crockery. On paying our Bill of £17.50. we suggested a small discount, due to the lack of choice, that we were not made aware of until to he food was on our table, and the delay in service, cold toast etc it was agreed for us to pay £15.00. the gentleman serving us seemed very angry with us.forgot, his manners after payment was made .It is a real shame as previously we had raved about Pinto's to our friends and family.Very very disappointed.
Lovely place, I will definitely return. The place was clean and the food was freshly cooked and tasty. Nice casual atmosphere and everything was very reasonably priced.Food: 5/5
Service was excellent . Food was absolutely delicious
Don’t book a table as it means nothing. You will be met with a blank face and told you can sit outside in the cold. Young staff member unhelpful and not a lot of common senseFood: 4/5
