Unique Bar serving craft ales, beers and lagers. We also have a extensive cocktail menu. We are open as a Cafe on the weekend during the day serving freshly brewed coffees, delicious full english breakfasts, homemade pancakes and wood fired pizzas. Located in the up and coming Green Quarter. FREE WiFi. We also run regular events and the space is available for private hire.

Always great vibes in Red Bank, pop-up Neopolitan Pizza Restaurant today was brilliant.! Real pizza oven and delicious toppings.
It's always great to go to a bar where the bar staff know their stuff in terms of drinks. Nice relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The menu is simple but with their own pizza oven the food is incredible and just what you need to enjoy your time with friends.
Great venue. Lovely staff. Always interesting events from pop-up kitchens to quizzes. Awesome cocktail list as well.
Excellent food! Mimods Kitchen has such a creative menu. Well done. Service and atmosphere at Redbank Co superb. Best cup of coffee in Manchester. Discovered this gem on visit to Manchester Three Rivers Distillery next door. Well worth a visit!

Good environment. Drinks are a bit expensive £4.5 for a can of beer but they make food as well and the offers are always £1,like a handmade pizza for a pound.
Really friendly and home feeling to it. Food is amazing and the quiz gives me something to look forward to every week.
