I visited the Farmhouse 11/02/23 for my birthday with family and friends what a fantastic time we all had. The meals were very well presented and tasty too, the staff on duty Josh, Oliver and Ben were very obliging and attentive too. The Farmhouse is welcoming and the staff go out there way to make your visit enjoyable. 10/10 for the service, 10/10 for the food which was well presented and last of all 10 + for a fantastic experience at the Farmhouse while celebrating my birthday. I will recommend your establishment to my family and friends 100%. Thank-you David.
Beef pie was delicious all other dishes were finished with no complaints x puddings were lovely x atmosphere calm and allowed pets also very clean and plenty of parking no need for disabled area my husband managed fine x well worth a visit and you can order on the app rather than move and service was fast x
Friendly welcome at this pub. Always a good selection of drinks here. We often come and sit in the large beer garden at the front and sit with the dogs. Dog friendly obviously.
First time eating here & wasn't disappointed. The food was lovely, friendly staff & a nice atmosphere.
We weren't sure what to expect but were impressed, overall. Has a corporate feel but doesn't appear to be part of a chain. Comfortable without being plush Food was pretty good and the lunch menu was reasonably inexpensive, if quite a limited selection. Had a main for £7.50 plus a desert for £3. Decent amount and tasty. Beer choice seemed decent enough and not too highly priced, considering the location and type of venue although I don't doubt you can find cheaper elsewhere in Cleethorpes.
We came for dinner and was not the best experience. For starters, too expensive for the quality of the food. We also order a £3 water bottle and got a glass of water that was probably from the tap. When booking we asked for a high chair and when got there and we asked for the high chair we got a bad look. We understand the pub gets busy, specially on the weekend and that's why we didn't make a fuss over the water and the waitress so if you are looking for good quality food I wouldn't recommend farm house but if you just want a lunch, the salad they offer is very lovely and they got q nice sitting area for drinks aswell if that's what you're looking for.
I had the, cod, chips and peas. The cod was frozen, not fresh. The chips were not three times cooked chunky chips. They were thin, frozen fries. The peas were cheap, frozen and not minted. All in all, this offering was not as described in the menu. I left half of it. Thanks to the owners for your reply. However, you don't explain why the meal was not as described in your menu and why it was such poor quality.
Food was not hot sausages were poor quality beef gravy served with pork sausages and a lamb dinner how is this right? Ordered tea for 2 one tiny teapot arrived with 2 cups so I had to go back to the bar 2 ask for the rest of the tea and was told that she had only charged for 1 so I needed to pay again. I will not be using this place again, it's such a shame as the refit has been done beautifully shame the food doesn't live up to the decor. Only thing I can say positive is that the bread and butter pudding was nice not enough custard served with either dessert.come on sort this out its really not acceptable
I visited the Farmhouse 9/2/23 for a few refreshments, the staff on duty were very obliging towards me. The decor is fab and has a very good ambiance about it, I would also like to say a big thank-you to Tanya keeping a fantastic establishment which is second to none. Many thanks David.
Excellent pub awesome staff since the refurbishment it’s going from strength to strength Tanya is a wonderful host and Donna is always cheerful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Had gammon and chips tonight lovely hot delicious full happy customer see you soon
