Originally built in 1879 Millfields Hotel today is an exclusive, yet competitively
priced twenty seven bedroom residential Hotel with a wide range of leisure
facilities, situated close to the commercial and retail centre of Grimsby,
Lincolnshire.
Surrounded by its own grounds and car parking facilities, Millfields Hotel caters
for the family or business person who may wish to stay in the area and enjoy the
Hotel’s superb social and sporting activities, which includes Squash Courts,

Stay here a lot whilst on business - at least 1 night a week and have for around 6 months.nService is fantastic and what sets this hotel apart from any others in Grimsby! Within a month the team knew my exact dinner order, had the gym door code written down for me and put me in a quiet room always.nFood in the restaurant is always great - I always have chicken Caesar salad and it’s always perfect - a great portion and always lots of chicken!nGym is a great perk and always quiet with a decent amount of equipment!nShower is always powerful in the room and room always has the amenities needed for a couple of nights away.nOn leaving the team always have my invoice printed quickly, ready for me leaving swiftly early morning!n100% recommend!nWould recommend!
Lovely hotel. Staff are brilliant, always really friendly. The breakfast is good, cooked is brilliant. Vegetarian sausages are very tasty. The lady who normally takes breakfast orders is very friendly and quick! Some of the rooms could do with a refresh. Gym facilities are good. Decorated for Christmas too! Bar food is really good and portions are huge. You must try the Grimsby haddock challenge
We just had the pleasure of staying here at the Millfields Hotel. All the staff are great, Gareth on reception is very helpful and as we arrived early evening we had a meal in the restaurant. The friendly and attentive Mandy and Lisa thanks for the recommendations made it an evening to remember. Not forgetting the great food put on by the chef!!nThe rooms were a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet! Great shower too!nWe would definitely go out of our way to stay here again!nA big thanks to everyone including those behind the scenes for making it a nice place to stay!
I think this might have been the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Lovely building, brilliant food and the friendlies staff.nnI can't remember the lads name, he was working the bar on Sunday 12th and Monday 13th night, but he was top class nnWill definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Grimsby on
30 min drive from the Humberside Airport. Breakfast was good. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Bed was ok type. City center is 10min by walking distance. Room size was small. More breakfast options could have been better. Limited taxi service in the area.
