Early on a Weds morning this is nice for a quick breakfast. It’s at the south end of Term 5 so away from the crowds. Not too busy and has a nice relaxed, easy going style about it. I had a nice granola £8 and coffee. All served fresh and quickly. Liked it. Will be back.
Stopped here during a layover to get a bit to eat. Restaurant looked nice. Food was good better than I expected at an airport. Fish 'n' chips was really good! Someone at the next table over ordered eggs Benedict and it looks fantastic with beautiful orange egg yolks! Their coffee was really good, fresh and rich! The coffee cream was out of this world good and fresh! We wanted to have refills and we were told that "its not a thing in the UK". The service wasn't as friendly and attentive as I was hoping. It was really on the slow side the place wasn't even that busy. Hence why three stars.
Excellent service and tasty food! A little pricey but you get what you pay for! Breakfast was very tasty and well presented. Staff was polite and friendly. I would recommend eating here if you’re ever in terminal 5 departure terminal after you’ve come through from security.
Great place to stop off airside whilst waiting for your gate. Staff were really attentive to get me a seat and take my order. 20mins wait for food which was well cooked and well presented. Waiting staff are slow if you want to follow up with any addition items to order but overall a very pleasant dining experience. Typical airport prices i.e. not cheap but what you expect.
Great fish and chips. Only left it four stars because of the staff. Our check took way longer than it should have to arrive and when it did, they couldn’t get the system working. Just a quick reminder: kids eat free until the end of summer!
The food here was absolutely delicious. I’d recommend the English breakfast and the chia yogurt pot. However, they have limited lactose free breakfast items. The food is also slightly on the more expensive side and the service is quite slow, which caused us a bit of a panic as we had a flight to catch!
Nice plate of American pancakes and cup of tea. I would've like to have a side of syrup to pour on my pancakes myself, but pancakes were still tasty. Service was okay, though not as attentive as I'm used to seeing. Price was what I expected to pay for an airport restaurant. I could've grabbed something cheaper, but I wanted to sit, relax and enjoy my meal.
Really classy place for breakfast. Even the condiments are really expensive items! Lovely service. Highly recommend the eggs Benedict, it's one of the best I've had. Coffee great too. 10/10. Thank you.
If you're looking for some good eats with an excellent presentation, Pilots Bar & Kitchen is the place for you. The food here is delicious, but be warned – service can be a bit slow due to the amount of customers. I'm not sure if 20 minutes to get your food is actually possible during high traffic times, but it's definitely worth the wait.
Pretty good dining. It’s much the best in Heathrow t5 I had a salad and it was very nice. The burgers look good and it’s quite chilled out. Everyone seems super happy to escape the hectic mess of LHR
