Excellent, large portioned fish and chips £14.50. The food was better than expected. Sauce on chicken wings were pretty good. Prices are what you would expected at a London Pub but less than standard airport food. 660ml beer £6.60. If you can’t figure out the ordering app, just go up to the bar along the wall to order.
The service was slow to begin with when we have asked for a table to be cleaned, but ipnstead the waiter has left us standing there, s we have taken another table that it was clean. We have ordered a bacon,egg and cheese muffin and an all day breakfast sandwich. Both items arrived very quick, and when we have taken a bite we knew why. The top layer on both items were hard which that indicated that there were under a heat lamp before being served. I will definitely not going there again.
Came here about 5:30am before a flight. Very delicious breakfast and quick service. Lovely interior. Downside is that it's pricey but what do you expect from a Wetherspoons at a London airport!
Came for quick brekkie before our flight, came really quickly which was good. Prices seem to be quite a bit higher than wetherspoon outside though. Otherwise size, taste quality is the same as your typical wetherspoon. Plenty of tables and nice deco.
Ordered 2 utilmate burgers using the app with drinks. Drinks brought to the table within 2 minutes, food came out 10 minutes after. Food was typical of a Wetherspoons bar and was a least filling. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are a tad expensive but being at the airport you have to expect that. Overall happy and full before our flight.
You have to order by your mobile phone. It works, but it‘s not everyones choice. If you order a cup of coffee or another hot beverage, you‘ll get an empty cup and Need to go to a coffee machine ad the other side of the restaurant. Scrambeled eggs felt like bad convinience product, but no one will ask you, if it was ok because it‘s already paid and you can go, when you are ready. Good News: you can see one of the flight monitor, if you have a good table.
There is a nice service to the tables if you use the scan code. The drinks are quite expensive but at least you can free refill your coffee mug as many time as you want. The crowd was nice and the employees were also very efficient and polite.
I must have a thing for going to places with rubbish service. Okay yes it’s an airport but it’s no excuse. The app wasn’t working but I had to go through the entire download process and then create my basket order only to then be told the app is down. Finally the cue was so long that by the time I got to the bar someone else had taken my table and I was then forced to stand to one side while I waited for my food. Food came in a box and I’m appalled by the state of the burger. How was my meal worth 14£ makes no sense, absolute robbery. Restaurants should start getting fined for their terrible service because this place is robbing people blind.
Just your classic Wetherspoons. Large English breakfast, came within 15 mins for ordering yet had to wait in line for a few minutes, staff were quick to clean up too. It’s a little on the pricey side for the whole menu, but that’s expected in an Airport. Food was cooked to your average spoons quality. Satisfied. Might go back again if on an early flight again as it opens earlier than most places. Only improvement, more beans please! Thank you.
Not a bad place for your preflight pint and a bit of scran. There’s a heavily reduced menu and higher costs, because it’s in an airport of course. Reasonable amount of seating, but there is an area of standing tables that are rather close together and without seats that gets a bit jammed up with bags. I’d probably get a seat at a table next time; but I was flying alone so didn’t want to take up space for others. Overall very good, with friendly staff and toilets nearby.
