Service was extremely slow overall, took them 15 minutes to serve us the drinks and another 20 for the mains. I would say the food was edible but nothing memorable, if you have a lot of time to kill at T3 it’s an acceptable place to grab a bite. A bit on the expensive side compared to the quality/value it offers.
Had a lot of time to spare between flights so we were looking for a place to eat in our terminal. Everything was fantastic. Loved the pizza, very light and fresh, and my husband also said his steak was great. Food was also reasonably priced, not a rip off like some airport restaurants.
Nice food and reasonable price. I took double cheeseburger, very juicy meat and hot potatoes chips. The gentleman serve me is Melvin , he is very nice and with humorous sense too. I am quite enjoy when waiting for flight alone. Kills time, thanks Melvin
Food was delicious, pizza great, chocolate fondant even better. Melvin served us, it was nice and I liked him. Although drinks took a bit to arrive, it was understandable since it was quite busy and only 2 servers.
DON’T EAT here. FERNANDEZ who is the manager or staff is extremely rude and lacks basic manners and customer service. I ordered full English breakfast, requested for butter and stated I have no allergies. Food was served and the eggs were as dry as plain toasts with no butter. taste was very flat too. I tried to manage but couldn’t so I called on the manager to complain. He didn’t even listen and was straight to attack me and my mum while complaining. He stated “IF YOU DON’T WANT THE FOOD, DROP IT”. I was dumbfounded at his rudeness. I told him to listen to understand and explained myself. He said oh I didn’t know and while conversing he walked away. If I am paying for a service, I expect to get great service. The staff here need to be trained better and do better. Food was awful and the service was awful. Never again!
I'n not really sure what the owners taught or told the staff here but after an all-time horrible experience in 2020, I decided to give this place another chance today. Here is a brief summary of both my experience 2020: Visited at night on a weekend, overpriced food, non-existent service. I tipped £1 despite all this as I thought maybe all the staff had a rough day, as the restaurant was about 70% full that time, althought that really shouldn't be a problem. The waiter rudely made a comment on my £1 tip instead of thanking me. Forgettable experience, I decided to just move on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today 29 Jan 2023 I decided to give this place another go. I had to take my family to the airport and we just needed to fill our stomach. Again, the service was terrible. Waiter made a mistake with giving out our food and did not apologize. We asked for 4 glasses of tap water and he took 10 minutes to give us one glass. He was grumpy throughout and spoke terribly. I am quite impressed as to how consistently low the service quality here is. Achieving consistency is a very difficult achievement even for the brightest of minds, yet the staff here was able to do it. My family was convinced that they do this on purpose and that its part of the culture here to just act below standards. They are obviously being sarcastic but I am starting to believe that its true. *IMPORTANT* This is the only restaurant around Terminal 3 departures outside of the security gate and I get that spending on adequate staff training to maintain customers might not be of great business value here, but its as if they spent good money training the waiters how NOT to do their job decently for whatever reason. If you are desperate for food around Terminal 3 departures, eat here at your own risk and DO NOT TIP - they don't appreciate it anyways
Brilliant place to hang around for a few hours in between flights! Great beers and atmosphere! Sai was brilliant with his service and very welcoming. Would recommend if you have the time to have a bite or want a quick drink.
Great place to visit… I was recommended to try their signature gin cocktail that’s the Big Smoke Signature Gin cocktail n it was really amazing n credit goes to Aurica with her Excellent service skills at the bar counter she was very polite n friendly. I’d would definitely like to visit back soon
Food was overpriced for its low quality. Honestly in the nicest way possible it was the worst breakfast I’ve ever tasted. Food had little to no flavour or seasoning of any sort. Please in future provide your customers with reasonable prices for the food they’re getting. Very misleading and a waste of my money
Austin was very helpful in recommend some dishes. He had a good conversation with me which helped to pass some time before the food arrived. I hope to see him again someday again.
